Mentors take on roles with big expectations. They must inspire, guide, counsel and referee. They are held to very high standards with modest pay.

We want to be able to find and work with great Mentors and to ensure this, we must uplift those who do this work. Gratitude, though simple, can reignite a teacher's passion. Just saying "thank you" could be the most important thing you do today.

At Eequ we call 'Reviews' - 'Reflections'. πŸ’Œ

To leave a Reflection on your learning experience, simply open your menu and go to Reflections. Or follow this link: https://eequ.org/reflections

Here is a teeny video of how to leave a Reflection using your mobile phone:

What should I do if I have a complaint or a criticism?

We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you may have a complaint or criticism. While it's tempting to air your concerns through the review system immediately, we strongly encourage you to first reach out to your Mentor to discuss the issue. We believe in the power of open communication and understand that nobody is perfect. Your Mentor deserves the opportunity to investigate the matter and, if necessary, take steps to make it right or offer an apology. Most issues can be quickly resolved when both parties engage in a candid and respectful dialogue. Thank you for giving your Mentor the chance to address any concerns you may have; it's an essential part of making our community better for everyone.

You can find your Mentor's contact details by clicking Full Details on your Booking and Schedule Page.
