Currently, your Eequ email address cannot be changed on the platform by yourself.
To make a change, contact Eequ and request the change of email address. The easiest way to do this is by using the Message Support button in the main menu.
When asking for a change of email address, please include your name, company (if applicable), existing email and the new one you wish to change to.
Once we have your request, we will ask a security question to validate that you are who you say you are.
This is a quick process and will take a few minutes once we see your message.
