💡Tip: You can’t change your email to one that’s already associated with another Eequ account. You’ll need to contact us to remove that account before updating your email.
Steps to Change Your Email:
Go to MENU > ACCOUNT > PROFILES
Select CHANGE EMAIL ADDRESS
Enter Your New Email Twice
Select SEND CODE
Check Your Inbox for a Code
Go back to Eequ and enter the Code
Save Your Changes
You will receive a confirmation email once the changes have been made.
If you run into any issues or don’t receive the verification code, try the following:
You have checked their junk/spam
You are in the correct email inbox/have refreshed the page
You have marked hello@eequ.org as a safe sender
