Gmail
Open the Gmail website from your computer
In the search box at the top, select the FILTER icon

💡 To be safe you should also add our main email address at the same time:
4. At the bottom of the search window, click Create filter
5. Select Never send it to Spam
6. Click Create filter

Hotmail
Hotmail can filter out emails that contain links from unknown senders. The reset link may be filtered out before it even arrives in your Junk box.
To tell hotmail this email is safe, please add noreply@eequ-prod.firebaseapp.com to your Safe Senders list in Hotmail:
Log in to your Hotmail account.
Click the Settings (gear icon) in the upper-right corner.
Scroll down and click View all Outlook settings.
Go to Junk Email under the Mail section.
In the Safe Senders and Domains section, click Add.
Enter noreply@eequ-prod.firebaseapp.com and press Enter.
Click Save.
This will prevent emails from this address from going to your Junk folder.
