Troubleshooting & FAQs

I didn’t receive the OTP email. What should I do?

  • Double-check that you entered the correct email address. If you entered the wrong one select "Wrong email?" to adjust it.

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • If you still don’t see it, try resending the code or wait a few minutes.

  • Contact support if none of the options work by going to MENU > MESSAGE SUPPORT

My OTP isn’t working. What now?

  • OTP's expire after a short time for security reasons - try requesting a new one by selecting the 'resend login link'

I entered the wrong code several times and now I'm locked out of my account?

  • Each user has 3 attempts to enter their code correctly, if its entered more times this would lock your account for 30 minutes. Please wait and try again later.
