What is the Instant book setting?
Instant Book lets bookers immediately secure their place without your approval. ✅
Saves you time by skipping manual approval or decline steps.
When to use Instant book
Use Instant Book when:
You need quick confirmations
You have last-minute spaces to fill
You don’t want bookers waiting for approval
Example: Turn on Instant Book on over the weekend to fill Monday morning sessions automatically.
When to use the two step booking process?
Two-step booking is best when you want to:
Handpick attendees
Prepare for specific attendee needs
Approve, decline, or part approve bookings before
💡Tips:
✅ Only eligible children will be instantly approved.
👀 If you do use instant book, make sure you carefully check your registers for SEND and medical needs before the session starts.

To turn this setting on, please go to Menu > listings
Find your desired listing, then select Edit listing
Go to the Settings tab
Find the Instant book setting
Turn the toggle on
