How do I cancel a session?


Here is a πŸ“ Step-by-step guide

Mobile device:
1. Go to your Schedule Page. Find the Session you want to cancel and click cancel session.
2. You will be redirected to the cancel page. Select the attendee you want to cancel the session for and press next
3. Add a cancellation message and select review cancellation

4. Review your cancellation and select confirm to complete your cancellation

Desktop/Ipad:
1. Go to your Schedule Page. Find the Session you want to cancel and click cancel session

2. You will be redirected to the cancel page. Select the attendee you want to cancel the session for and press next

How to cancel more than one session at a time?

Go to your Schedule Page. Find the booking you would like to cancel > select cancel session.
You will be redirected to the cancel page. Select the attendees for the sessions you wish to cancel and select next.
Add a cancellation message and select review cancellation.


Review your cancellation and select confirm to complete your cancellation

Can I part-cancel for one child or for some of the sessions?

Yes! You can cancel any session for any learner (see example above)

What if my booking is waiting for approval?

No problem! You can cancel your booking while it is waiting for approval. If you have made a payment you will be refunded straight away.

When is it too late to cancel my booking? πŸ€”

  1. Free bookings: You can cancel any time before the session begins.

  2. Paid bookings: You can cancel up until 5:25 PM on the day of the session.
