If you are booking a HAF activity, you will need to give your child's precise date of birth and correctly spell their name. This is so that it can be matched to their name and date of birth on the Free School Meals or referral list. This is done automatically on Eequ.
If you edit your child's name or date of birth, these changes will update in all existing bookings automatically. If the booking is 'Waiting approval', please edit the details as soon as possible so that your council can match you to the eligibility list.
However, if you have already been declined, you will need to edit these details and book again.
How to correct my child's date of birth or name spelling
Option 1: From your Profile Page
Login to www.eequ.org
Open your Menu in the top left corner
Go to Profiles
Click on the Tab with your child's name
Check and edit the details
Option 2: During checkout
Find the Listing (activity you are trying to book) and Book again
In the first step of checkout click 'Edit profile' next to the child's name
3. A modal will pop up and allow you to edit the details.
Why can't I edit the answers to the checkout questions in my booking?
Each booking is a declaration of important information that your council and provider rely on to ensure the needs of your child are met. We do not allow this to be edited by either party so that it can be referred to with confidence at any point in the future.
What will happen if I made a booking with an incorrect spelling or date of birth?
Your booking may be declined and you will be asked to follow these instructions to book again.
