Not necessarily. If the mentor declares that they have Public Liability Insurance it will be clearly displayed on the listing overview. We do not verify this information but we expect mentors to have this information available to parents.  

If you want to find out whether the experience is insured before you attend, but there is no information about it on the listing page, why not send a message to the mentor? Do this by clicking on the 'Contact Mentor' button on the listing page.
