Using Eequ you can book using Childcare Payment and help your Mentor by providing all the details they need to match your payment to the booking.
All this can be done on Eequ 🎉 Let's see how this works, step by step below:
If your Mentor accepts Tax-Free Childcare or Childcare Vouchers for a particular listing, you will see this clearly labelled in the summary.
This means you can book and pay in full or part with Tax-Free Childcare or any of the Voucher schemes accepted by the Mentor.
Simply click BOOK, then select your dates and attendees as normal.
In the next step, select your ticket as normal and tick "I want to pay with a Childcare Scheme"
Next, use the drop-down to select your Childcare Scheme. If your scheme is not shown, contact your Mentor and ask them to add it.
Next, enter the amount you wish to pay by childcare payments and the amount you wish to pay with a card if any.
Each child has their own section.
A summary is shown at the end.
Click NEXT and complete the booking.
Once you have booked you will be taken to your Bookings page. Click the "Add Childcare Details link to see how to find your Mentor on the website of your Childcare provider.
Please add your Childcare Reference/ID
Please confirm you have made the payment or transfer.
On your Bookings page, you will see a yellow triangle and a notification if you still need to confirm that you have made a childcare payment.
Click the yellow triangle next to any booking record to add Childcare reference numbers and to confirm you have paid.
We will send you a reminder with a link to bring you back to Eequ to confirm you have paid if you forget. Don't forget this important step and make your Mentor very happy 😁
