How it works
When On:
Bookers register their interest for specific dates and tickets.
You will see a list of interested bookers.
You manually create bookings for the people you want to invite.
You cannot schedule a bookings start date.
When Off:
You can schedule a bookings start date and bookers can Register Interest to be notified when bookings are open.
Bookings are open to everyone on a first-come, first-served basis.
Anyone from the public can book your listing.
How to use it
Step 1: Turn it on
Go to your Listing settings
Scroll to the "Expressions of Interest only" section
Toggle the switch to ON
Step 2: Bookers register their interest
Once on, your blocks will display a "Register Your Interest" button instead of a "select dates" button.
Your blocks will also let bookers know that by registering they will receive a booking invite from you.
Bookers can select the date and ticket type they’re interested in and register their interest.
If you do NOT have dates available, bookers will be still be able to join the registered interest list, but they cannot select tickets or dates.
Step 3: Review Registered Interest list
You’ll be notified by email when someone registers interest.
Go to your Listings and select Registered Interest to view the list of interested bookers.
Registered Interest list:
Note: the SEND BULK INVITE button will be disabled.
Step 4: Create bookings
Decide who you want to create bookings for.
Manually create bookings for those people from your list.
Select view details > create booking
The booker will be notified and can complete payment (if applicable).
