What should I include in my listing?
Make sure your listing includes everything a Booker needs to decide if your activity is right for them or their child—think of it as your own mini website.
The onboarding flow will ask you to fill out thee following details for your listing:
Listing title
One-sentence summary

Venue or meeting point

Can I add a team member or staff member to my Listing?
Yes! You can add a Mentor Collaborator to your Listing, which will allow them to see the Listing schedule and take the register.

Can I create a listing without finalising the dates or tickets?
Yes! This feature collects expressions of interest rather than confirmed bookings. It gives you an estimate of how many people are interested in your listing.
Viewers can register their interest by clicking the 'REGISTER YOUR INTEREST' button, and you'll be able to create manual bookings for those who register.

Is there a Waiting List?
You can turn on the Waiting List setting, which automatically notifies people who have joined when new tickets, dates or places are added.

How can I share the listing?
Once you publish your listing, you’ll instantly a shareable link. It will also be at the top right of all your editing pages. “Share” icons will also appear on the public page.
Can I create multiple listings?
Yes! As many as you want. Here is an article on how to add another listing
