You've set up your listing. So what now? Here is a step-by-step guide for what to expect when you receive a booking.

  1. When a learner books your experience, they will be taken through the payment process, and charged for each learner they want to book onto the course.

  2. Once they've paid, you will receive an email with a booking request. Click on the button in the email to access the bookings page where you can approve or decline the booking.

  3. If you approve the booking, the learner will receive a message of confirmation. That's it! There's nothing else to do before your experience begins (unless you want to send any additional info to the learner, or have a chat).

  4. If you decline, the learner will also be notified. It's nice to write them a note of explanation, or to make alternative arrangements if, for example, you'd like them to come on a different day instead. Remember, it's best to keep your listing up to date, to minimise the possibility of this happening.

If you want to see a list of all the bookings you have received, visit the Bookings page. Be sure to approve all of your booking requests before your experience starts, or they will expire and you won't be paid out for them.
