How to Email Non-Attendees
Step-by-step guidance:
Go to Menu > Registers > Past dates tab
✍️ There are two possible scenarios:
The mentor has NOT yet taken the register, and the “Email non-attendees” option has not appeared yet.
The mentor has already taken the register but chose to skip the “Email non-attendees” option in the Take Registers drawer.
Select the “Take Register” button. After you have taken the register and attempt to close the drawer, a new modal will appear with the option to email non-attendees.
2. Select the 'View Email Template' button > a new modal will appear with the tailored email and the list of non-attendees > Select the 'Send Email' button.
3. Once you've sent an email to non-attendees, a confirmation panel will appear in the drawer.
4. If you choose to skip the option to email non-attendees for now and simply close the modal, another panel will appear in the drawer, where you can select a button to email non-attendees.
The button 'Email non-attendees' will also appear on the Registers page.
5. Once you’ve sent an email to non-attendees, a “Non-attendees emailed” label will appear on the Registers page.
