This article covers the steps of adding attendees to a register for an activity that does not have a listing yet:

Part 1 - Creating a new listing for a past activity

or
1. Go to Menu > Listings > Select Create New Listing button
2. Select New Listing button
3. Continue filling the listing information until the Add dates and times to your listing step, select next.

4. Select your session dates. You can click back arrow to select previous months.
5. Once you select past dates, modal informing you about adding past dates will pop up. Read it carefully and click proceed.
6. Add your past dates and select next.
7. Continue filling the steps till you get to Add tickets to your listing step. Select next.
8. Setup your ticket and select next.

9. Add more tickets by clicking add tickets. Once you add all the tickets for your listing, click save and exit.

Then you will then be directed to My Listings unpublished tab
10. Find your newly created listing and select edit listing.
Then go to Listing tab and select Publish
Part 2 - Creating a booking
1. Start by going to Menu > Create a Booking
2. Select your listing
π‘Tip: Only published listings can be selected when creating a booking
3. Select dates
4. Select your dates and press next.
5. Add your Attendees
Adding attendees to the booking
Depending on your attendees, follow these help articles below:
Returning Customers
They have an Eequ account and have booked with you before.
Option 1: Create a booking for an existing customer
Option 2: Create a booking for a new attendee with an existing customer
New Customers
They do not have an Eequ account or have never booked with you before.
Option 3: Create a booking for a new customer with an existing Eequ account
Option 4: Create a booking for a new customer with a new email
Option 5: Create a booking for a new customer with no email
6. After you add you attendees, select Next
7. Select Confirm Bookings
8. Well done! You have created a booking π
π‘Tip: Bookers will not get a confirmation email for a free activity that has already taken place. However, if the booking was paid, they will receive an invoice via email.

Part 3 - Taking the register
Go to Menu > Registers
2. Select past dates tab and select Take Register
3. Mark your attendees as attended by clicking on the check box
If you wish you can select to Print to print the register or Download CSV to download a spreadsheet of the register.
