Embed Eequ listings and collections on your website

This article explains how to embed an individual Eequ listing or a collection of listings directly onto your website using an iframe.

Written by Sarah Haddad

You can embed Eequ listings and collections directly into your website using an iframe. This allows visitors to explore your Eequ content without leaving your website.

What is an iframe embed?

An iframe is a small piece of code that displays content from Eequ within another website.

When you embed an Eequ listing or collection:

  • Visitors can explore the content without leaving your website.

  • The embedded content stays up to date with changes made on Eequ.

  • The embed automatically adapts to mobile, tablet and desktop screens.

  • You don't need to update the embed code whenever you make changes to your listing or collection on Eequ.

Embed an individual listing

Navigation

Menu → Listings → Edit listing → Settings tab → Embed this listing on your website setting.

1. Go to your Listings page

2. Go to the Eequ listing that you'd like to add to your website and select Edit listing.

3. Go to the Settings tab and find the Embed this listing on your website setting.

3. Select Copy code to copy the iframe code to your clipboard.

4. Open the page on your website where you want the listing to appear and add the code using your website Embed option. If you're not sure how to add custom HTML to your website, check your website builder's documentation or contact your website administrator.

5. Save or publish the page. Your Eequ listing should now appear directly within your website.

Embed a Collection

Collections of Listings can also be embedded on your website, allowing visitors to browse multiple Eequ listings from a single iframe.

Navigation

Menu → Collections → Edit → Embed iframe → Embed this listing on your website setting.

  1. Go the Collections page

  2. Open the collection you want to embed on Eequ.

3. Select the Embed iframe.

4. Select Copy code to copy the iframe code to your clipboard.

5. Paste the copied iframe code to your website using the embed option.

6. Save or publish your website changes.

Your embedded content will stay up to date

You don't need to replace the iframe code when you edit your listing or collection on Eequ.

The embed loads the content directly from Eequ, so any updates you make on Eequ will automatically appear on your website.
