If you are using Eequ for Brighton & Hove SEND Short Breaks this Easter you will be asked to regularly send the council team a list of your booking requests.

By summer, eligibility checks will be automatic!

For Easter, the council will check eligibility and you can then approve or decline them on your booking page.

This is a summary of the process for independent HAF providers and SEND Short Breaks

  1. Parents make booking requests

  2. Mentor exports the booking data

  3. Mentor sends it to their council contact

  4. Council marks your spreadsheet as Approved or Declined

  5. Mentor Approves or Declines on the Booking Page.

  6. Parent is notified by email and on Eequ

How to export data for your council

  • Go to your My Listings page

  • Click Manage Listing

  • Click Download Listing information

A modal will appear. Please select:

  • The dates of the sessions that you want the data for

  • CUSTOM

  • DOWNLOAD

Now send this download to your council.

Once you receive a response go to your Bookings Page and Approve or Decline the respective bookings using the tick or cross in the Actions column on the far right-hand side:

Rinse and repeat until you have decided on all of your bookings.

Your bookers will be notified with a clear email, giving full details of dates, location and attendees.
