The HAF programme offers a set number of free holiday activity sessions for children who receive benefit-related free school meals.
The DfE guidelines are:
4 sessions over the Easter holidays
16 sessions over the Summer holidays
4 sessions over the Christmas holiday
If you attempt to book over this amount you will see an error message on the last step of checkout like this:
You can check which sessions you have booked anytime by going to your Schedule Page.
Your Schedule page can be filtered by an individual child or shown for the whole family when you click on "ALL".
If you need to cancel a session, please click on Cancel Session.
If you cannot attend remember to cancel the session, or you will lose your allocation! Please give the provider as much notice as possible so that another child can take that place.
