Learn how to contact your Mentor on Eequ if you have a question

⚠️ Eequ is the booking platform hosting your Mentor and as such, cannot answer questions on behalf of a Mentor*.

*Mentor is Eequ's word for Provider.

Get started

  • Log in to your Eequ account

Contact your Mentor using Eequ's Messaging service

  1. Go to the Menu

  2. Click Messages

  3. Click the message thread of the provider you booked with

  4. On the message page, type your message in the message field (at the bottom of the screen)

  5. Click the green button to send

Contact your Mentor by email or phone

If your Mentor does not reply to your messages on Eequ, use the details on the Schedule page and Booking page.

⚠️ You must have made a booking to view this information

From the Schedule page

  1. Go to the Menu

  2. Click Schedule

  3. Go to the booking required

  4. Click Contact Mentor

  5. Find the Mentor's phone number at the top of the page

From the Booking page

  1. Go to the Menu

  2. Click Bookings

  3. Go to the booking required

  4. Click the round, green button

  5. Open Mentor's contact details section

  6. Click the phone number or email address to open phone/email app (or click the copy icon to copy/paste)
