This default setting helps you to:
Automatically notify all bookers who registered interest 1 hour before bookings open, if a booking start date is scheduled.
Invite your registered interest list to book in bulk or individually.
Test an idea or gather feedback without committing to dates.
Note: If a Mentor simply adds a new block of dates to a Listing, we will NOT automatically notify everyone on the register list, in case they need time to review their dates.
When does Register Interest appear on my Listings?
Any published listings with no active dates, or when a block is scheduled to start taking bookings.
When you turn the Expressions of Interest setting ON for manual bookings only.

What happens when my I schedule a booking start date?
All bookers who registered their interest when there is a scheduled booking start date will receive an email reminder 1 hour before bookings open.
The Mentor will also receive an email confirming that a reminder was sent.

What happens when I have no dates or hidden dates?
All bookers who registered their interest with no dates available will be notified when your bookings open.
They will NOT receive an email if/when you add new dates.

Bulk Invite
You can also bulk invite your list by selecting the SEND BULK INVITE button
Individual Invites
You can also send individual booking invites to specific attendees or create a Mentor booking for them

On your Listings Page, click the blue link underneath Registered interest.
