How to take a Register

πŸ’‘Tip: f you are a HAF provider, this is particularly important as your council will insist on collecting details of attendance.


πŸ“ Step-by-Step guide

  1. Start by going to Menu > Registers

2. Click on the TAKE REGISTER button to find a list of your attendees.

3. Click the checkboxes to mark them as attended. The register will automatically save after every click. You can update this whenever you need to.

If you don't have a network connection, we will show a notification to let you know and retry.

4. Click on the blue Notes link to see important information for any attendee. This will be drawn from the checkout questions and answers. If this is a HAF listing it will include dietary, allergies, SEND etc.

This also includes booking notes you have added under Mentor notes.

You can also retrieve emergency contact details for each attendee and send a quick email.


How do I let members of staff take the register as well?

If you would like a member of staff to take the register, you can do this by adding them to your listing. Find out how in this video:


πŸ’‘ Tips for HAF providers:

If you are a HAF provider with a Council that is using Eequ centrally, you don't need to do anything else, All your HAF data is automatically passed securely to your Council.

If you are a HAF provider using Eequ independently, you will need to download your attendance data and give it to your council securely using your agreed process.
