How do I create a booking for someone who is having trouble?
A Mentor can create a booking in the future or add someone to the register for a session that happened in the past. There are two possible methods for a Mentor to create a booking. A Bespoke Invoice or a Registration Record.
The choice depends on whether the booker is already your customer on Eequ.
What is an Eequ customer?
We consider someone your customer if they have connected with you on Eequ via a message or booking. You can ask a booker to message you via any listing to create a connection.
What is the difference between a Bespoke Invoice and a Registration Record?
A Bespoke Invoice is best 🥇
A booker will receive emails
A booker can manage their own booking
A booker can answer the checkout questions
A booker can pay
A Registration Record is second best 🥈
Bookers get no emails
Bookers do not have an Eequ account and cannot manage their booking
Mentors must answer the checkout questions (especially HAF)
