You may not have a standard group size for every session in your block. You may want to change the group size for a certain date if you have a staff shortage or a couple of children with extra needs. This is easy to adjust on your DATES tab. 💥

If you have set ticket limits for the block, we will allow the tickets to be booked in any combination as long as it does not exceed the ticket limits you have set.

For example, in the image above there is a ticket limit of 5 on the Free HAF ticket.

If the Mentor reduces the group size to 5, any combination of Free and Paid HAF tickets could be sold on this date.
