How Providers Can Set Up a CRF Listing For October-Half Term

If your council has asked you to prepare your listings for Crisis Resilience Fund, this help article will walk you through the steps.

In this article, we'll walk through how to duplicate your listing, update it for the Crisis Resilience Fund (CRF) and link it to the correct council programme.

Key Steps

1. Duplicate the existing HAF listing

  • Find your current listing by going to MENU > LISTINGS.

  • Select Manage Listing.

  • Choose Duplicate to create a new listing based on the existing one.

  • Use the duplicated listing as the starting point for the CRF version.

2. Rename and save the duplicated listing

  • Edit the listing name so it reflects the council CRF listing name.

  • Click Save to confirm the updated listing name.

3. Add an eligibility section to the listing

  • Add a new optional section titled Am I eligible?

  • Insert the eligibility wording agreed with your council.

    • Example wording may include:

      "This listing is for families that are newly eligible for Expanded Free School Meals and are in receipt of Universal Credit with a household income of over £7,400."

  • Make sure the wording matches council guidance exactly.

3. Add or copy the activity dates

  • Go to the Dates section of the listing.

  • Add the required dates manually, or copy them from the original listing.

  • Confirm the dates are correct and complete before moving on.

4. Create and link the CRF ticket to the council

  • Add a new ticket for the activity.

  • Enter the council name and ensure the ticket is linked to the Crisis Resilience Fund/ CRF for your council.

  • Confirm the system shows that the ticket is being added to the correct CRF/ Crisis Resilience Fund programme .

  • Do not select your council's HAF programme.

5. Configure ticket details

  • Choose the appropriate ticket type, usually a session ticket and free ticket.

  • Name the ticket according to council guidance, such as:

    • CRF eligible child

    • Expanded FSM child

  • Confirm the ticket is not for an accompanying adult.

  • Click Save to finalise the ticket setup.

8. Set the go-live date and publish the listing

  • Set the go-live date to match the timeline requested by your council.

  • Review the listing to ensure all details are correct.

  • Click Publish.

  • Once published, the listing will be ready for people to register interest in the activity.
