If you are delivering a council-funded programme such as HAF or SEND Short Breaks, you may like to add a paid ticket to top up your income from the provision.

Offering a paid ticket alongside the free fully funded tickets is convenient for non-eligible parents who will find your listing through Eequ's high search rankings.

Offering paid places alongside funded places also can result in a healthy mix of children from different backgrounds, which is a wonderful outcome!

Watch this video to see how simple it is:

When do I get my payout for the paid bookings?

Eequ releases your funds 24 hours after each session.

We sum up the amount paid for all the paid bookings on that session and make one payout for the session. This allows us to administer refunds if you authorise them.

Is there a subscription or contract?

No. There is no subscription or contract for using Eequ.

What is the transaction fee?

Our default fee is split between the Mentor (2%) and the Booker (3%), but you can ask us to change the ratio in advance via our support chat.

If you would like help to set up your paid tickets, click the chat bubble to the right of this screen and one of the team will be happy to help.
