There are two ways to offer discounts on Eequ: Automatic Discounts and Discount Codes. You'll find both under Menu > Advanced features.
When to use a discount code
Use a discount code for promotions: offer a percentage or an amount off a booking. Give the code to the booker and they enter it at checkout.
How to create a discount code
Go to Menu > Advanced features, select Use Feature under Discount codes, then select New discount code.
Select Generate a code, or type your own. Bookers enter this code at checkout.
Choose the listing the code applies to.
Choose the type of discount: By a percentage (recommended), A discount per booking or A discount per attendee. Then enter the amount.
Optional: under Limit usage, set how many times the code can be used in total, or limit it to one use per booker.
Select Save.
Share your code
Once your code is saved, select Copy code or share it straight to Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, X or email.
Your discount codes
Your codes appear on the Discount codes page, where you can see how many times each one has been used. Select the yellow code to copy it.
To manage a code, use the Active toggle to turn it on or off, the pencil icon to edit it, or the bin icon to delete it.
Check your discount with the calculator
Select Calculator on the Discount codes page, enter your code and set up a test booking to see the discount applied.
